Notary and Copy Stop, Inc: About Us

Notary and Copy Stop Stop, Inc. is a locally owned and operated small business dedicated to serving the Blair County area since 1988. Mary Leitz founded Notary and Copy Stop as a sole proprietorship and contracted with PennDOT to begin transferring vehicle titles for the people of Blair County. She was assisted by her husband Paul Leitz and in 2001 Notary and Copy Stop became a PennDOT Authorized Online Messenger Service Center with services that now included the instant issuance of registration cards and stickers right over the counter.

Notary and Copy Stop continued to grow and in 2007 became a corporation with Mary Leitz as President and Paul Leitz as Secretary/Treasurer. Their son Cole Leitz joined Notary and Copy Stop, Inc. as the Vice President in 2013 as Notary and Copy Stop, Inc. was beginning to acquire the property for its second location. Notary and Copy Stop, Inc. opened its second location on January 22, 2015 in Lakemont near the Lakemont Fire Company.
